I can't wait...
Right now, it is about 7:00, and I just can't quit thinking how there are only two hours left until Grey's Anatomy. I know it is awful, but I just can't wait!!!! Will Meridith live or die? I am so excited...we will have the answer in just two short hours!

Another Day Off...that is, until June 1st!
Well, I am at home because of another day off of school. I loved every minute of being home with the girls again, but I hate the thought of being at school two extra days at the end of the year. I hate to say that I would almost rather go two Saturdays! I know, it does sound crazy, but I really wanted to be done on May 31st! I just hope we don't have any more days off. I am hoping for two-hour days from this point on.
My doctor's appointment went well, but you might have read one of my comments that I didn't even get Chipotle afterwards. The line was all the way back to the door, and we couldn't even get a parking space. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed, but I will make up for it this weekend! Burrito bowl, here I come!
I am excited and hopeful because I talked to my mom last night about coming to church. I was telling her how wonderful Stan is, and I always try to talk to her about being baptized. She has a difficult time since she grew up in a methodist church, but hopefully she will eventually understand that we are saved through baptism and we need to be faithful. I just hope that we see a visitor at church on Sunday! I am trying so hard right now to improve my prayer life and my witnessing. It gets so difficult with working and keeping up with Jenna and Alyssa, but there is no excuse for being unfaithful. I want to be a better, more hard-working servant, so please pray for me that I can live my life more for Him. Hopefully soon, I can start teaching Sunday school and Junior church again.

My Top Ten Favorite Foods
As someone who is "dieting," you can imagine how I feel typing all of these foods. My mouth is practically watering, and my stomach is definitely growling! Here are my top ten favorite foods...
1. Chipotle Burrito Bowl with rice, chicken, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese
2. Pizza Hut Thin'n Crispy pizza with sausage and pepperoni
3. Olive Garden's Fettucini Alfredo and Breadsticks
4. Red Lobster's Ultimate Feast-lobster, crab legs, shrimp scampi, baked potato, and salad with vinaigrette and petite shrimp. My dad, mom and I always ate at Red Lobster, and then I introduced John to it, and he loves it too!
5. Rice Krispy Chicken and parmesan potatoes-The chicken is dipped in melted butter and crushed up rice krispies. It is then baked in the oven, and it is the most delicious chicken ever! The potatoes are cooked the way, except with parmesan cheese as well. It is my favorite home-cooked meal!
6. Spaghetti and meatballs-My grandma cooked the best bow-tie spaghetti, and then my dad made it also. He was actually the best cook, and he could even make good fettucini alfredo, and he put in things like crab meat, shrimp or chicken.
7. Applebee's Bourbon Street Steak and potatoes-This is mine and John's favorite meal at Applebee's!
8. Cindy's Cinnamon Rolls from River Valley Mall-the greatest, especially if freshly made!
9. John's steaks and hamburgers-He is an excellent griller, and he seasons them just to my satisfaction!
10. I can't have a list of my favorites without having McDonalds. I know it is awful, but I have always been a McDonalds lover, which is one reason why I am so overweight :) I love the Snackwraps, Chicken Nuggets, Big Macs, Fish and, most of all, the french fries!!
I am way too hungry right now! At least, I will be eating Chipotle in just a little while. It is my reward to myself after my appointment/check-up with my "woman doctor." I deserve it after, as Angie said last night, "riding the stirrups!"

The Rest of my Top Ten...
Well, since I have had the last two days off (Yeah!) I have had some extra time to think about my list. Here it goes...
Another embarrassing moment, which I would like to thank Heather for reminding me of, is when I was in McDonalds in Circleville with some friends, and I went in the men's restroom! I actually used the bathroom without even knowing. While I was washing my hands, a guy walked in. I told him that he was in the women's restroom, and he informed me by showing me the door that I was actually in the men's. I was cracking up, and so were my friends!
Another moment I have tried to forget is when I was younger, and I had a nightmare. I went into my parents' room and slept on the floor. Needless to say, they did not know I was in there. I woke up to strange noises and movements, so I crawled out FAST!!!!
One thing you might not know about me is I love sports! I love hockey and NASCAR!! Go Blue Jackets and Tony Stewart and Kasey Kahne!

My Top Ten...
Being that I helped Miranda think of this list and that I had extra time to think about it, you would think that this would be easy for me, but it is not. I am having a major problem thinking of what ten things I should list, and I even asked John for help, but he wasn't any!!!
Here are some of my most embarrassing moments...
1. Falling on ice when John and I were first dating. We were walking into Media Play, and I made a joke for John not to slip and fall on the ice. Wouldn't you guess that I did that exact thing when we were walking out!
2. My first "toot" in front of John-I remember how embarrassing that was! I got over that!
3. When we went on our Honeymoon to Tennessee, and I had to #2 very badly. I went upstairs, thinking it was quiet, but John heard the whole explosion!
4. I "pooped" my pants in K-Mart. My mom and I ate dinner at Chipotle, and I had to go very badly. We were laughing so hard, and I started to go. My mom started peeing herself, and I pooped myself. Why did the bathroom have to be in the back of the store?
Here are some things you might not know about me....
1. By the list above, you might be able to tell that I have some bowel issues!
2. I sucked my thumb until I was 15! I only stopped when my little cousin told John that I sucked my thumb. I denied it, and I stopped that night!
Well, for now, that is all I have. I will try to think of more and add to my list!

Hooray For Jenna!!!!!
Jenna with her potty training award! She also got a new princess crown!
Alyssa with two new teeth!
I just have to share that I am the most proud mommy right now! Jenna has had a major breakthrough! She is now using the potty and she is doing great. Yesterday, I just decided to put a pair of panties on her, and she had to use the potty. She had two minor "leaks" and she did go #2 in her panties last night, but she did great for the first day! We had to go and buyt $35 worth of panties-including Superman! Yes, they are boys, but I promised her, and if that is what she wanted, that is what she got! She does look mighty cute wearing those little Superman briefs, but she also has princess, Care Bears, Dora, Strawberry Shortcake and Elmo! Today, she has not had any accidents, and she actually went #2 in the potty!!! I am so proud of her, and she is so happy. We ate in Pizza Hut last night, and she came out of the bathroom yelling to John, "Daddy, I used the big potty!" Everyone was smiling, and I told them it was her first day so then they were clapping for her! It was great! She will be ready for preschool before we know it! (Are you ready Mrs. Carleta? :)
Also, she is signed up for soccer. She is playing "Tiny Toes" soccer for the first time. I am so excited! I can't wait to buy her soccer cleats and chin guards. Right now, they are even trying to get John and I to be the coaches. We'll see about that, since soccer is one of the few sports I know absolutely nothing about!!! I am even more excited because April 15th is picture day....and you know how I love pictures. I can't wait to order our first statuette!
Alyssa also has two teeth on the bottom now!
Well, I just had to share my excitement with you all! Now, I promised Jenna she could type her own "blog"....

Back to Reality!
This has been the most wonderful week for me! I am so thankful for the cold weather and snow that we had, and I almost hate that it is over. I guess the good thing is that we got a two-hour delay this morning, so I really only have to teach a day and a half this week! How wonderful! I do miss work when I am not there, but I have loved every minute with the girls this week.
A diet update-two more pounds! I have been back on the treadmill, and I am starting to do more things like push ups, sit ups and old floor exercises from kickboxing class. Hopefully this will help all of the fat on my stomach and all of the other fatty places on my body go away a little more quickly!
Also, we are Florida-bound! I am so excited because we finally have made our reservations for our first family vacation! John and I have not been on a "vacation" since our honeymoon in Tennessee in '99! I can't wait to go to Florida. I haven't been since I was in sixth grade, and John has never seen or been in the ocean so it will be great for him. We are going the week of July 14th, and we are staying at the Disney's All Star Movies Resort. I am especially excited because the lady told me they are currently remodeling and putting in a new pool-Just what I love! We have the park-hopper pass, and we are going to Disney, MGM and Animal Kingdom . We already have reservations to eat breakfast at Cinderella's Castle, Chef Mickey's and Restaurantosaurus-a cool, dinosaur themed restaurant in Animal Kingdom. We are also having lunch one day at "Hollywood Vine-Play 'n Dine" where Jenna will eat with Jojo, Little Einsteins, and other Disney characters. I know...I just can't quit talking about it, I am so excited! John is already sick of me talking about it! I think he was more sick after having to give his credit card number to make the reservations! Hopefully, he will forget about that when he is riding rides and swimming in the ocean! :)

Brrrr...Cold Weather, and I'm Loving It!
Wow, I can't be more thankful for the cold weather this week! Being one of those "certain lucky ducks" that don't have to go to school, I can't complain. These two days have been great with the girls. Who wouldn't love staying home and building blocks and having "race day?" I think I have ran around the house about 500 times racing Jenna, and I love holding Alyssa while she takes her naps! I am really dreading tomorrow because I don't think I will be lucky enough to get three days off in a row. Although, this has kind of eased the "pain" of having parent-teacher conferences tomorrow night.
What am I a sucker for?
1. Jenna...Need I say more?!
2. Alyssa....Again, I don't feel I need to elaborate!
3. John...I know it sounds awful, but I am a sucker for him...:)
4. Chipotle...I can't resist the place!
5. Ice cream...Oreo Blizzards are my weakness!
6. My students...I can't stand to see one of them upset! I give in way too much, but I know they need me, and most of them need and deserve a little extra love and attention!
7. Animals...I can't stand to see mistreated animals.
8. Pizza Hut Pan Pizza...I really miss it! The thin-and-crispy just isn't the same!
9. Jenna!!!!!
10. Alyssa!!!!!
I honestly felt like just listing Jenna and Alyssa for the whole list. I am such a sucker for them-I can't resist their beautiful faces at all!
I am off to build a tower of blocks!!!!

A Craving I couldn't Resist....
Well, the diet has been going pretty well so far. I am up to about 21 pounds, but of course John has lost much more. Today started off pretty good-I ate a banana and nutrigrain bar for breakfast, although I desperately wanted some of Jenna's pancakes drenched in syrup.
I was also pretty proud of myself at lunch. We went with my friend Michelle to Bob Evans, and I had a side salad and cup of vegetable soup....well, and a roll!
Then it came to dinner time. We went to Chipotle, and I had a chicken burrito! I just had to have the burrito, but then I regretted it. It was the smallest burrito ever-I think you actually get more in the burrito bowl. It sure did taste good though!
Finally it was my first big craving that I had to have...A small Oreo blizzard from Dairy Queen. It was one of those things that I have been thinking about for a while so I had to give in and treat myself. I can't say how good that blizzard tasted! John even got a small twist cone. You should have heard the "yums" and "oohs" coming from our car! Even Jenna was loving her small cup of chocolate ice cream. Well, I guess the plus is that I weighed the same tonight as I did this morning-nothing lost, nothing gained! For the taste, it was worth it! Let's just hope I don't start making those cravings a habit. I need to lose at least 40 more pounds and then some...especially if I want to wear a bathing suit in Florida! Oh well, I just kept hearing Greenlee's voice in my head saying "You need to eat what you want every now and then...." :)
