Soccer....
We had our first soccer game yesterday out in the freezing cold and strong winds. It actually was a great game, though, and I had so much fun! We don't really keep score, but our team lost 5-2. Now, I know it may sound like an excuse, but Miranda can vouch for me that the other team was at least a head taller than all of the players on our team. We have two three-year olds, but we did hold our own.
Jenna was, of course, a crowd-pleaser. Everyone was laughing at her, as she waved to her cheering fans! The other parents kept telling me how adorable she was, but of course I already know that! :) I was so proud of the team, and we went to DQ for ice cream cones after the game. I can't wait for practice tomorrow so we can work on our goal kicks, and then next week we will be unstoppable...Hopefully! I will post some pictures soon so you can see the young "Mia Hamm" in action! Go Team Fire!

Paula and I literally almost peed our pants at Jenna. I loved it when the teams were all racing down the field and Jenna stops...turns around...and waves at us from afar!!! She was absolutely HILARIOUS! The only thing I'll miss this weekend will be her being all bundled up like the kid in "A Christmas Story" running down the field!! (It's supposed to be 70 deg.) SOOO Cute!!

Too cute!! Jackson just started baseball. We weren't going to play this year (take a break), but his friend from another league called and asked him to play. How could we say no?! LOL!! It is his bestest friend from school. So.....back to the practicing/playing fields till about July! But, isn't it great watching them play???!!! There is no feeling like it!!! I bet you and John are having the best time!!! Jenna sounds adorable! You are gonna have to post some pics! :) I'd love to see them!!! :) Oh, and I saw that you commented about the Achievement tests coming soon! Jack takes them for 4 days starting April 30th. Is that when everyone takes them? I am not looking forward to them, either. I just don't like tests so.....it will be hard for me just knowing that is going on!!! LOL!!! Anyway, good luck! At least it will be summer soon!!!!! Yippee!! We should get together at a park with the kids! Jacob would have fun w/Jenna! He is a little shy, but he would love playing at a park. He had a blast with Gracie's sister (Emma) last year!
Well, this is turning into a book, so I will stop for now!!!! :) Have a good week!!!!
